Terms of Service
Last updated: August 9, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing torontoqualitywindows.ca or engaging Toronto Quality Windows for window or door work, you agree to these Terms of Service and to all applicable laws and regulations of Ontario and Canada. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Services We Provide
Toronto Quality Windows supplies and installs windows and doors across the Greater Toronto Area, including:
- Window Replacement
- European Tilt-and-Turn Windows
- Window Repair & Foggy IGU Replacement
- Entry Doors
- Patio Doors
- Interior Doors
All installation work is carried out by our own in-house crews. We are an Energy Star Canada Certified Partner, our installations comply with CSA A440, and our crews are WSIB insured.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and are itemised per opening. A written specification is issued after a free in-home measurement and is valid for the period stated on that document. Any figures shown on this website, including calculator results and the price bands published on service pages, are estimates for guidance only and do not constitute a quote or an offer.
A quote may be revised if site conditions differ materially from what was visible at measurement, for example concealed rot, structural movement or non-standard framing discovered once an old unit is removed. We will discuss any such change with you before proceeding.
4. Deposits, Payment and Scheduling
Because units are manufactured to your measurements, a deposit is required to release an order into production. Payment terms are set out on your written specification and confirmed at booking. Installation dates are scheduled only after product delivery is confirmed, so that your home is not left open waiting on materials.
5. Cancellation and Changes
Scheduled installation appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Once units have entered manufacture they are custom-made to your openings and cannot be cancelled or returned. Change requests made before production begins will be re-quoted in writing.
6. Site Access and Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide, at no cost, on the agreed installation dates:
- Safe access to the property and to each opening being worked on
- Clear working space, including moved furniture and window coverings removed
- Reasonable parking or material staging space where the property allows
- Any strata, condominium or heritage approvals required for the work
7. Warranty
We provide a 10-year labour warranty on our installation work. Manufacturer product warranties on windows, doors, glazing and hardware are provided by the respective manufacturers and passed to you on completion. Warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by structural movement, misuse, accidental breakage, unauthorised alteration, or failure to carry out reasonable maintenance such as cleaning tracks and lubricating hardware.
8. Rebates and Grants
We supply Energy Star Zone C certified products that are eligible for programs such as the Canada Greener Homes Grant and Enbridge HER+, and we will explain the assessment sequence those programs require. Eligibility, approval and payment of any grant or rebate are determined solely by the administering body. Toronto Quality Windows does not guarantee approval or the amount of any rebate.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Toronto Quality Windows is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ontario consumer protection law.
10. Website Content
Content on this site is provided for general information. Performance figures such as U-factors and resistance classes refer to specific product configurations and may not apply to the products quoted for your home. Always rely on the written specification issued for your project.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of Toronto Quality Windows or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. The terms in force at the time your written specification is issued govern that project.
