[ Why We Exist ]

Most Window Problems Are Installation Problems

A window's rating sheet describes how the unit performs in a laboratory. What you actually get depends on whether the opening was square, whether the sill was flashed, whether the perimeter was insulated properly, and whether the sash compresses its seal when you turn the lock.

That gap between the rating and the result is the reason we started, and it's why we never subcontract installation. Across the GTA we replace builder-grade and failing windows, fix foggy insulated glass units, and install entry, patio and interior doors, with our own crews on every job.

Toronto sits in Climate Zone 6, which maps to Energy Star Zone C. Every product we quote carries that certification. As an authorized dealer for Schuco, Reynaers and Cortizo we also install European tilt-and-turn and lift-and-slide systems, where triple-pane configurations reach U-factors as low as 0.14 and hardware can be specified to tested RC1 to RC4 break-in resistance classes.

We're an Energy Star Canada Certified Partner, our installations are CSA A440 compliant, and our crews are WSIB insured. Every installation carries a 10-year labour warranty on top of the manufacturer's product warranty.

Four Things We Don't Compromise On

None of these are unusual. They're just uncommon enough in this trade to be worth stating.

Specification Before Sales

Every quote states the glazing package, the U-factor and the installation method per opening. If two quotes look different on price, the specification usually explains why.

One Crew, Start to Finish

We do not subcontract. The crew that removes your old units flashes, insulates, seals and trims the new ones, and they answer to the company that quoted the job.

The Cheaper Answer When It Applies

A foggy window with a sound frame needs a glass unit, not a new window. We say so, in writing, even when the bigger job pays better.

Standards, Not Adjectives

Energy Star Zone C. CSA A440. RC1 to RC4. WSIB insured. Every claim we make points at a standard you can look up rather than a word we chose.

Built to Order, Delivered On Schedule

Every unit is manufactured to the measurements we take in your home. Nothing is pulled off a shelf and shimmed to fit. Because units are built to order, delivery timing, not crew availability, usually sets the schedule, particularly on European systems.

We confirm the delivery date in writing before booking installation. That single step is why your home is never opened up waiting on glass, and it's the difference between a two-day project and a two-week one.

"They replaced every window in our North York home with triple-pane units. The house is noticeably warmer and our heating bill dropped. The in-house crew was tidy and professional."
Daniel R.North York
"We had foggy glass in three windows. Instead of pushing a full replacement, they swapped just the glass units and saved us a lot. Honest and knowledgeable."
Priya S.Mississauga
"Our new Schuco tilt-and-turn windows are stunning and incredibly solid. The security hardware is next level. Worth every dollar for our Richmond Hill home."
