Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 9, 2026

Toronto Quality Windows ("we", "us" or "our") provides window and door supply and installation services across the Greater Toronto Area. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you contact us or request a quote, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to torontoqualitywindows.ca and to enquiries made by phone or email.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly, including:

  • Name, phone number and email address
  • Property address and service area, so we can confirm coverage and schedule a measurement
  • Details about your project: window and door counts, the problems you're seeing, and timing
  • Correspondence with us by phone, email or through our quote form

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you browse the site, such as pages viewed, referring page and general device information. Payment details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored on this website.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to quote requests and book free in-home measurements
  • To prepare written specifications and pricing for your openings
  • To carry out and warranty installation work, including our 10-year labour warranty
  • To help you understand eligibility for the Canada Greener Homes Grant and Enbridge HER+ rebates
  • To respond to questions, service requests and warranty claims
  • To improve our website and understand which information homeowners find useful

We collect and use personal information with your consent, or as otherwise permitted under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Submitting the quote form or contacting us constitutes consent to be contacted about your enquiry. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary:

  • With manufacturers and suppliers, to order units built to your measurements
  • With service providers who host this site or process our quote form submissions
  • With energy assessment providers, only where you ask us to assist with a rebate application
  • With professional advisors, or where required by law

Installation is carried out by our own in-house crews. We do not pass your details to subcontracted installers, because we do not use them.

5. Data Retention

We keep quote and project records for as long as needed to service the warranty period and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Enquiries that don't proceed to a project are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted.

6. Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to warranty and legal retention needs
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details in section 9.

8. Cookies and Analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working correctly and to understand how visitors use it. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when they are being sent. Some parts of the site may not function as intended if you do.
